About Me

My journey began in 2015, when I created my first diaper cake in celebration of the birth of my granddaughter, Kaylene. Over the next several years, as others saw my creativity and the opportunity that they too could bring something ‘unique’ to that Baby Shower or to the parents at the hospital, I began creating Diaper Cakes that were personalized and truly represented the family receiving the gift.

In 2020, while dealing with the pandemic, there was a greater demand for personalized gifts to be created and sent because of the restrictions that limited so many of us coming together. I then began to ramp up and officially launch Mimi’s Concepts to bring that love and uniqueness that makes everyone surprised and happy.

As a result, at the beginning of 2022, I launched my website and have positioned myself to accept and deliver orders anywhere in the U.S. The types of personalized gifts will continue to expand, and I am happy to hear from you if you are looking for something you may not see on my website.
